Applying for financial help to attend a Crime and Corruption Commission hearing

We may be able to help you financially if you have to appear as a witness at a Crime and Corruption Commission crime hearing and cannot afford a lawyer. The decision to approve financial help is made by the Attorney-General or their delegate.
