Cancel registered training contracts by chief executive PROCEDURE

This procedure outlines the process to cancel a registered training contract where the delegated officer is reasonably satisfied that one or more of the grounds outlined in section 36 of the Further Education and Training Act 2014 (FET Act) exist. Additionally, it outlines the process for training contracts that have been cancelled and subsequently the apprentice or trainee has made an application contesting the cessation of employment and the process for re-registering the training contract if as a result of the application the employer is ordered to re-instate the employment of the apprentice or trainee.
