Cancel registered training contracts by all parties PROCEDURE

This procedure outlines the process for parties to mutually consent to cancel a registered training contract and to withdraw consent within seven days after an application to cancel has been received by their Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) Provider, or the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT), or the Racing Queensland Board (RQB) (for specified racing industry occupations). Additionally, it outlines the process for training contracts that have been cancelled and subsequently the apprentice or trainee has made an application contesting the cessation of employment and the process for re-registering the training contract if the employer is ordered to re-instate the employment of the apprentice or trainee.
