05/19 Alterations and/or minor corrections to Titles Registry Forms
Registrar of Titles requires that changes to details on a completed Titles Registry form are to be made only by the parties to the dealing or by a person duly authorised (authorised person) to make the change, for example, a solicitor representing one of the parties. Where an authorised person makes a change on a Titles Registry form, that person must provide a statement confirming their authority and details of the change. This statement may be on a Form 20—Additional Page or letter attached to the affected form.
