02/20 Completion of identification forms for financial institutions and other entities

Justices of the Peace and Commissioners for Declarations are sometimes requested to assist with completing a witness certificate or identification form to identify the clients of lenders and other entities. This bulletin provides the latest information about some of the common forms and questions put to the Justices of the Peace Branch.

This bulletin supersedes Technical bulletin 04/10 Certificate of witness and Witness Certificate for Mortgagor and provides an update to section 4.11 of the handbooks.
