Takeaway liquor authority notices

A summary of authorities granted by the Commissioner for Liquor and Gaming for certain individual licence types to sell takeaway liquor under the Liquor Act 1992.

These provisions were put in place to support the ongoing viability of businesses operated in licensed premises disrupted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency.
