Domestic and family violence regulatory framework—Overview

On 1 January 2021, the revised Practice principles, standards and guidance for domestic and family violence services (Practice Standards) came into effect. The Queensland Government committed to developing a Regulatory framework and audit process to ensure ongoing compliance of department funded domestic and family violence (DFV) services with the revised Practice Standards.
