Health Funding Policy and Principles 2019/20
The Health Funding Policy and Principles 2019-20 provides an overview of how public healthcare services are funded in Queensland and includes key inputs into the final budget allocations for each HHS, governance, operational guidelines for services and facilities funded via the Activity Based Funding (ABF) model and other funding models, the relevant data and performance reporting. This document reflects the Department's role as a system manager and supports the service agreement in place between the Department and each HHS.
