Subjects covered in the collection include immigration, naturalisation, land, electoral rolls, school admissions, teacher staff cards, will and intestacy files, benevolent and mental asylum files, cemetery registers, company and firm files, court and police records, prison and convict records, deed poll (name change) files, inquest files, parish maps with early land holder names (selectors and freeholders), and mining records.
