BCCM Practice Direction 8 - Alternative insurance orders
Practice Direction 8 provides information about the process for a body corporate to get approval from a BCCM adjudicator to adopt an insurance policy that does not meet the requirements of the legislation (if the body corporate is unable to obtain the required level of insurance).
