The 2014 Small Hospital Patient Experience Survey was conducted with a random selection of patients who were discharged from a small public hospital. The results of the survey are being used by Hospital and Health Services, and at the statewide level, to assist in identifying areas for improvement and to guide the development of initiatives to address areas for improvement.
Our publication standards—including accessibility and usability requirements, and metadata guidelines—are now publicly available. We should be following these standards. Let us know if we are not.
