No more risky business—a safety audit for licensed venues

This document has been designed as a ready-made safety audit model for use by liquor licensees who decide to conduct their own review of safety in and around their venue. It will help a licensee to establish a risk profile of the business and assess whether the venue is complying with basic legislative requirements and licence conditions. It may also be a useful reference tool for an externally appointed safety auditor.
