Preparing comments on liquor licence applications: A guide for local governments

Local councils can use this guide when making comment on licence applications under the Liquor Act 1992. The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) seeks comment from the relevant local government authority (council) on a range of liquor licensing applications under the Liquor Act. Comments provided by council assist the Commissioner for Liquor and Gaming in making an informed decision on applications.
