A motor dealer must fill out this form if they or a close associate have a personal or business interest in the purchase of a client's vehicle. They will need to give the completed form to the client before the sale.
Form effective 1 September 2019. Motor dealers and chattel auctioneers must use this form whenever they sell a used vehicle. It sets out the cooling-off period and statutory warranty details that apply to that sale.
