Form 32 - Application for adult entertainment permit
An adult entertainment permit is an approval issued to liquor licensees and permit holders to allow the provision of sexually explicit entertainment. Sexually explicit entertainment is regulated under the Liquor Act 1992, and may only be conducted on premises to which a licence or permit relates. Permits can be issued for one-off occasions, or for an ongoing period of three years. Licensees or permittees may make up to six one-off applications per year, otherwise a three year permit is required. The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation doesn’t accept credit card details by email. If you email them to us, we’ll immediately delete them and your payment won’t be processed.
