Property law review issues paper – Procedural issues under the BCCM Act 1997

The Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and regulations contain a range of requirements relating to the governance of bodies corporate, including provisions governing body corporate committees, general meetings, and a range of other administrative matters.

You are invited to have your say on administrative and procedural issues for bodies corporate by making a written submission in response to an Issues Paper prepared by QUT. Submissions close 22 February 2016.
