Victim Assist - Charter of Victims' Rights Complaint Form

The Charter of Victims' Rights describe the way a victim of an act of violence, including domestic and family violence, should be treated by Queensland government and non-government organisations. You can make a complaint if the Charter is not followed. You can complain directly to the agency or, you can use this form to tell Victim Assist Queensland what has happened and we will help manage the complaint for you.
