Primary Victim - Financial Assistance Application Form - Victim Assist Queensland

This form is for a primary victim of an act of violence that happened in Queensland who wants to seek financial assistance.

Under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009, a primary victim is a person who has suffered physical, psychological or emotional injury from an act of violence.

An act of violence includes, but is not limited to, any form of assault, or sexual offence and other personal offences. An act of violence also includes acts of domestic or family violence.
