Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009 review

In February 2023 the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Minister for Women and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence, the Honourable Shannon Fentiman announced the review of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009 (QCAT Act) under section 240 of the QCAT Act and released the Terms of Reference for the review.
